He appreciates the challenges his advisors bring to him day in and day out, and strives to provide them effective case design coupled with the best follow up and service provided in the industry.

John truly loves his job and enjoys working with all of his advisors, developing more than just a business relationship with them, but a friendship.

Adam Ellowsky, Advisor Consultant

Adam J. Ellowsky serves as an Advisor Consultant for Highland Capital Brokerage and specializes in annuities, life insurance, longevity products, and specialized marketing initiatives. In this role, Ellowsky helps to increase advisors’ production as well as their business acumen. He serves as a fiduciary, applying effective planning processes for asset accumulation, lifetime income, tax abatement, and wealth transfer. Additionally, he shares proven business- building strategies to help advisors create a rock-solid foundation for growth.

Ellowsky has been in the financial services industry since 2002, previously working for an insurance marketing organization (IMO) where his focus was mentoring agents and advisors on proven business-building strategies, educating them on retirement planning products, recruiting, and marketing initiatives.

Ellowsky holds a life and health license in the state of Indiana.

A self-professed “sports junkie”, Ellowsky is often found on the golf course or enjoying live sporting events.

Mallory Perminas, Sales Support Specialist

Mallory Perminas serves as Sales Support Specialist for Highland Capital Brokerage in our Chicago office, specializing in product support, case design, and finding the missing piece in an advisor’s practice. 

Prior to joining Highland, Mallory was a litigation paralegal for a mid-sized law firm in Chicago. With her legal background, Mallory is accustomed to being relied upon for accurate and timely support.

Outside of work, you will find Mallory at most White Sox home games or exploring her culinary skills. She also enjoys playing volleyball, attempting to golf, and trying her hardest to keep her garden alive.
